Over the centuries, many of the most powerful ghosts have formed The Parliament of Spooks. Their aim was to find a way to cross over into reality, where they would be all powerful. They monitored the human world, looking for a way back. The greatest myth within the parliament told of the arrival of one that was "of both the living and the dead." The professor's ghost research was of great interest to them.[1]
