The Dagger of Poseidon is an object found in the H.M.S. Victoria area and is the reason of the conflict in the level. It can be seen embedded in Captain Kraken's body on the ship, located next to Colonel Freddie Fortesque's body, although it cannot be picked up.
It is an obtainable item later on.
