At the beginning of the game, she and boyfriend Lewis are attacked by a minion of Abaddon, known as Belahzur. When Jennifer was a baby, her powers were sealed within her soul. But when Lord Herne had emitted the Solum Energy from his pendant, it came straight into Jen, awakening and unlocking her magical talents, as Jen took the form of Ferai. Jen was born in the nexus and brought back to Mortalis with Lewis by Scree. Jennifer Tate’s tattoo on her back by her boyfriend Lewis represents the universe of Oblivion. Each sign of the four elemental realms are part of the whole sign of the tattoo on her back made by Lewis.
