Primal features a soundtrack which consists of both an Industrial Rock Combat-Soundtrack by 16Volt and the beautifully composed, BAFTA nominated score written by Andrew Barnabas & Paul Arnold, composed by Nic Raine and performed by the City of Prague philharmonic orchestra. The score can currently be purchased from Amazon or other online retailer, whilst the combat soundtrack can be found similarly on the album 16Volt album: ''SuperCoolNothing V2.0''.

A 77-piece squad from the City of Prague philharmonic orchestra and 32-part chorus performed the soundtrack itself. Each the five realms of the Primal universe are each represented by a separate musical identity, with common classical influences and even soprano vocal solos.
